la llorona
Moaning
This is a woman who loses her child and turned into a banshee, the searches in vain, your tears disturbing to hear that. Although there are many versions of the story, the main facts are the same.
Next to the Patasola and Tunda, La Llorona is a legend but also less known in Colombia. Depending on the version of the legend in the Colombian tradition, which seems influenced by that of the neighboring country of Colombia, La Llorona is "the wandering ghost of a woman" that runs through the valleys and mountains, near rivers and ponds, dressed in a black robe that covers up your heels. He has long hair black and curly, some say of silver, brown and gold, and settle him crickets, fireflies, fireflies and butterflies. His face is a scary skull and in the sockets of his eyes glowing balls turn two. The sleeves of the Batol you reach your wrists and hands large, bony, bloody, rock a baby died.
When moaning, Moaning sheds tears of blood on the shroud blue creature who keeps an angelic expression and their eyes seem to blame the mother who took her life. Legend has it that the people mourn heard on the plains, where no noise or people. They also say that scares weeping girls who have committed acts which their parents would be proud. Like any legend, the details change from village to village and from person to person account

The Slaughter of The Ring was a slaughter perpetrated in the township of El Aro, in the municipality of Ituango Colombia (Antioquia department), committed on October 22, 1997. According to the Human Rights Commission in this slaughter killed 15 peasants in a state of helplessness and many were dispossessed and displaced from their territotio.1
The commander of the demobilized United Self-Defense of Colombia (AUC) Salvatore Mancuso confessed in court that he continues to have ordered the raid. Mancuso also indicted Army General Alfonso Manosalva, who died in 2006 and which was involved in other acts of murder. Mancuso said that the victims had died in combat and were members of the guerrillas, a fact which contradicts a previous indictment in absentia who presents evidence of torture victims.
For this slaughter was mentioned that he had used the helicopter to transport Governor of Antioquia paramilitaries. On April 19, 2007 by President Alvaro Uribe Velez, who at the time of the events was governor of Antioquia, said it was impossible to have used any of the two helicopters because everything was on the flight records and letters. 2
The former paramilitary Francisco Villalba, one of the executors of the slaughter of El Aro, said before the Committee on Accusations of the House in 2008, the then-governor of Antioquia (1997) and later president of the republic of Colombia (2002 - 2010), Alvaro Uribe Velez, had ordered the slaughter. Former paramilitary known as "Cristian Barreto" in the ranks of the Self-Defense Forces of Córdoba and Urabá (ACCU), was killed near his home in the La Estrella de Medellín, months after giving his statement, by gunmen who used weapons with silencers
